This product is easy to use for my family. I mainly bought this product to prevent macular degeneration in the eyes of my children.Its hard to find time for 10 minutes of use especially for kids, and a busy family always on the go.I also use this for my tired eyes, it’s easy to roll out and use for my father’s eyes and inflammation.I recommend an easy, non scarring anti-bacterial wipe over the plastic wrap, I use alcohol wipes.You will sweat using this thing, so make sure you are in a place you can clean and wipe it up easily.3 minutes is all you need for your eyes.This really helped the vascularity in my legs, and really helped my leg pain.Using multiple units at once is easy with two controllers, but it’s a lot cheaper doing it this way instead of buying the competitors $1000 model.

My healthcare professional recommended this to help with my inflammation and I am so happy I got it! At the end of the day, 3-4 times a week, I can sit back and relax with it on me and watch TV while it does its thing. It’s got a timer so I just have to set it and adjust the intensity level and it’s ready to go. The pad is long enough to go from hip to ankle and covers the entire area where I need it to focus on. It’s flexible so it can wrap around you if needed. The cord is long enough for me that I can use it on my couch. I started using it every other day when I got it over a month ago, but now only 2-3 times a week as I feel better more often. It seems pretty well made and worth buying.

Five stars because this RLT belt us the best. Great price. Great quality, Recovered fully using this belt for TBI. It also healed years-long injuries to wrist, shoulder and feet.The protective plastic cover is set aside. Keep it in case a sweaty friend drops by. I have a 34” inch waist and the belt is 31” long so It wraps comfortably. Special great design includes two pulse settings, 10 or 40. That dissipates some of the heat produced by the Near Infrared — much more comfy. Never gets too hot set to 40. I think maybe the removable velcro strap is kinda clumsy. Get one or twice. Get ready to be amazed. I spend one hour every morning combined with 12 mg capsules of MB. I am 71. I am thinking of using four of these at a time to create full coverage front and back. Planet Fitness has a RLT beds, those cost thousands, and GMOWNW RLT is a bargain.

So I did not purchase this for me , but for my 4 year old Cane Corso. She is very active during the day and at night she is very stiff when she gets up. Her vet wanted to do the red light therapy in office but it was too expensive. I decided to try the mat as the cheaper route and boy what a surprise when she got up and wasn’t stiff!!! I use it when need for 30 minutes on P3. She seems to like the heat that’s comes off the mat and at the end she is stretched out and sound asleep! Definitely worth it!!!!

I purchased this on the advice of my doctor and have used it consistently for about 8 weeks. I have autoimmune diseases and struggle with pain and inflammation. I use my mat before bed and I find it’s very relaxing, helps me fall asleep o and has helped with my joint pain. It’s so convenient compared to having to go to a facility. It works great, has options for length of time and strength of the treatment, it’s comfortable and easy to lay on top of or wrap around me. Highly recommend!

This red light therapy pad is plenty big to cover any area you may need to treat. I like that the settings can include heat or no heat. I haven’t used it on body parts yet but have wrapped it around my head to stimulate hair growth. I should have used the no heat setting tho because I think it dried out my hair a bit. Overall if you’re looking for some red light therapy this is an excellent choice due to size of the mat, options, and a decent price.
