Extremely Tight Fit – Frustrating and Unusable
I purchased this charging adapter expecting it to work smoothly with my Segway, but the port is incredibly tight, making it nearly impossible to plug in. I’ve tried two of these adapters, and both have the same issue. It shouldn’t be this difficult to charge my device. This is a basic function that should work without causing frustration, yet it’s clear there’s a serious design flaw here. I’m very disappointed with the product and would not recommend it. Until this issue is resolved, look for a different option, as this one is more hassle than it’s worth.

Garbage.
Garbage. This thing weighs barely anything so feels like an empty box. It is insanely slow. Several hours on it and it never got past 2 bars. Plus the plug prongs don’t have those little holes so it feels like a device from another dimension. I returned it.
