Q: What’s the difference between using the double pedal and single pedal?

The single pedal is used for the hip flexors to relax and return the natural curves back to our spine (neck and lower back). It creates a chain reaction from the head to the toe. Every person must have a Tower and use it 4-5 days a week. It helps every part of your body and reverses stiffness from sitting for hours.

Q: One review mentions the angles being off from the egoscue original? not know much about that can anyone address this concern? thanks...

Hi, I read that review and I honestly do not know what it means. The tower is actually better that the Egoscue original. It’s thicker, more sturdy and it includes the single and double pedal. Q: Can you buy just the single pedals only?

Hello, We do not sell the pedals on their one, we sell them with the Towers. Each Tower includes a single and a double pedal. I'm sorry I could not help you. The people that want only the pedals already have a Tower which they bought with someone else. Our Towers always come with the single and double pedal included. Q: My husband and i do the tower progressions at the same time. we are adorable. can i attach a wider dowel rod to the double so we have more space?
