what are the "Natural Ingredients"?  Amazon is so lagging with this.

While yes, the ingredients in this product are “natural” this does not mean they are safe. In fact, the ingredients in this soap are toxic and dangerous. I would not recommend buying if you’re looking for a safe AND natural soap.

Where can I find a list of ingredients? Does this have boric acid? Is this just glorified washing soda?

SODA ASH - (SODIUM CARBONATE) also known as washing soda. In domestic use, it's used as a water softener during laundry.SODIUM METASILICATE - A major use is as a builder (a material that enhances or maintains the cleaning efficiency of a surfactant, principally by inactivating water hardness) in soaps and detergentsSODIUM CHLORIDE - Sodium chloride, also known as common salt, table salt, or halite. As well as the familiar uses of salt in cooking, salt is used in many applications, from manufacturing pulp and paper to setting dyes in textiles and fabric, to producing soaps and detergents.CITRIC ACID - This is a weak organic acid. It serves as an environmentally benign cleaning agent and acts as an antioxidant.The Detergent is a coconut based (LAURYL) Ethoxylated fatty alcohol. Coconut oil on its own will wash nothing. It is therefore chemically modified so that it becomes surface active and thus performs like a detergent. This commodity is widely used by many detergent manufacturers because it is readily biodegradable, non toxic and mild and efficient. It is also NOT Petroleum based.Google is pretty nifty.

Does this work in cold water?

Yes!  It works very well in cold water.  I have tried it a few times in warm as well, but I wash mainly with cold water.  For my whites, I add their booster product and wash my whites in cold.  They're the whitest whites I've had in a long time!  Honestly, I'm impressed.

Question 4

Is the tin suppose to be sealed? I've just received it unseal and can't find the scoop. I'm debating on returning it.

I have used this product 20 years. It works wonderfully well. It softens clothes, smells like clothes were hung outside. I use nothing out but this product. I don't need to It works so well. Mow, I do not understand some of this where's the scoop think. I have ner use a product, ethereal it is stated one is included, that you don't have to dig a bit. Mine is usually sealed with tape. Once in awhile no. Good grief. Apoplectic.  You are buying the laundry soda.  Their customer service is top notch. Extend effort and call them. The ingredients ARE natural. 20 years and couldn't be happier scoop or not
