These really simplify the Cat6 termination process!
I can't make a better picture than the ad itself, but I can confirm these work great. I still have a few "old fashioned" connectors with a closed end, and I avoid using them - I should just toss them. With these pass-through connectors, it is so easy to strip back the outer jacket, align the wires, trim the wire ends if they are too ragged looking, and slip them into and through this connector. I do watch the wire as they come out the other side, to keep make sure they are still in the right order, and that they all came through cleanly (none bent inside the connector). While my old style were also clear, you couldn't really guarantee that the wires remained in the right order. With the pass through, that's an easy double-check operation. I haven't had a failure, and I don't expect one since I'm terminating each cable once and then plugged it in to a mating connector - and rarely will they be moved after that. So, I can't just the durability, but from what I can tell, the quality is great, and the pass through saves me a lot of time.

Easy to Insert Wires
Easy to align wires and crimps well. No issues.

Saves time
These work perfect, they save so much time, but it's kinda hard to cut up against the edge where they pass through

24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG!
24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG! 24AWG! It's been 10 years since I made a patch cable. Running some cables in the house so I though hey, why not practice on some CAT6 I had laying around, while my new spool of 5e shows up. I made 2 cables, 4 ends total. Tripple checked the color code, they were a pain to do, CAT6 was very stiff and hard to get in. But after some time and patience I was able to get them done quickly. However I showed no connection on my PC at all. Close look at the contacts and they looked crooked. That's when I read the label, 24AWG+. My CAT6... 23AWG. That would explain why it was so hard to use. So I took a OEM 5e cable with 26AWG, went together like a dream. Im writing this review on this cable, pushing 2.5GBPS according to windows, and easily hitting 1.2GB on speed test. So double check your cable AWG. I'm takin 1 star for not putting in the title, and they should just work with 23awg anyway.

Quick and Easy install
Plugs are perfect for CAT5 or CAT6. The pass thru ability is great to save time on trimming. Use the proper tool to trim the ends for ease of installation.

A waste of time and money
Tried making seven 6" patch cables with cat5e solid cable (14 connectors total), only one of which worked, and only intermittently. Wires were awkward to push through the connector and pins wouldn't crimp properly even after multiple tries. Some pins were loose in their channels and tilted sideways under pressure, but most didn't crimp evenly enough to penetrate all of the wires. Crimped bodies didn't securely hold boots, either. I first thought this was due to poor skills, but after giving on these, made several good cables with some spare Ideal connectors using the same crimper and cable - the wires slid through easily, crimped properly, and held boots on the first try.

Great pass through connectors.
Love em!! High quality pass through connectors. Easy to use, easy to wire, and work great. Great deal for the price.

Does the job better!
Had issues at some facilities with their ethernet cables eaten by mice. Creating multiple cables the old fashion way was taking up too much time for me. Having this option to utilize the 'pass through' technology, not only have me create cables fasted but more accurately. I had less failures using the 'pass through' types than the other types. Having purchase this 100 pack gave me more chances in the event I had issues. I will say this, out of 30 connections. I had 4 errors compared to about 8 the other way.

Bought this for a small project that turned to be big one and these Cat6 connections worked perfectly

Easy to view wire positions and correct before crimping. With my eyes this is important.

Well, there isn't a whole lot to say about these RJ45 connectors expect they appear to be well-constructed and work as expected without issues. Note that crimping tools capable of working with past-through connectors are needed; non pass-through capable crimper won't work with these connectors. These have gold-plated contacts and the latch is indeed bendable up to around 160°-170° (180° is a bit of stretch, really). They have 3-prong tip as opposed to 2-prong counterparts, which is decent. These are to be used with 24/26 AWG solid core wires with up to 1.1mm in diameter. I've never care to measure those and they should work for most, if not all, of the commonly available Cat 5/6 cables though. ✘ Btw, the bag they come in is NOT resealable; I mean, what the heck? I should also mention that there is a reason (and a critical one at that) why these wires are twisted and they should never be straightened or untwisted more/longer than necessary to minimize interference. ≡ Value All things considered, these are decent RJ45 connectors (rated for Cat 6, 24/26 AWG wires, up to 1.1mm in diameter) that seem reasonably well-constructed and work as expected without issues. They are reasonably priced at $10 (for a 50-pack) for what they provide and their overall build quality, usability, versatility, and performance.
