Serves its purpose…
I do hotshot and sometimes I’m sitting and waiting for a long time. These shades keep sun and heat out of my truck and give me privacy. The magnets could be a little stronger and more around the shade so it can stick better, but they are easy to use and get the job done that is needed.

These work!
These shades have made a huge difference! They are really easy to use and have provided a huge amount of shade from the sun. The interior temperature of my vehicle is significantly improved and they stick really well to the metal frame of the door. I am a huge fan, no more burning my bum on my leather seats.

Excellent: Could use extra magnets
Near full coverage for the windows. Overall very pleased, could be better with a few extra magnets. I have a Volvo SUV and have been testing these on that vehicle.Fit: Near-full coverage for the windows. Around the vehicle, these cover 95% of every window. The only windows without full coverage are in the back. Even then, they provide near-full coverage. Very comprehensive.Material: Thin, opaque, umbrella-type material. The material blocks 100% of light emissions and seems to repeal heat. I initially believed that the material would be thicker, but the thin material works well for storage. They feel durable, though not sturdy. They are not reinforced, so they hold their form on vehicle windows via the magnets in each corner of interior frame.Overall: Good privacy shades, though thin. Be warned that they can not hold their shape on their own. For my usage, more magnets would've ensured that the shades hold their shape better and block every bit of light on the back windows. However, since the magnets only make up the top part of the shades and not the bottom, these lose 1 star. Overall, 4/5 stars. I highly recommend for anyone who needs privacy in their vehicle.

It just works
The goods:These shades are made of a nylon type material with a foil face that is similar to that used on a lot of folding front windshield shades. The pack of 4 consists of 2 tapered shades for use in the front windows and 2 square shades for the back. Each one is held in place by small bar magnets sewn into the hem (top and sides). The material is completely opaque. The lowdown:The material is pretty sturdy. The nylon backing has held up well, as has the foil face. The magnets are strong enough to hold the shades securely in place. The front shades are tapered well to fit the curve of my car's front windows. My car is a compact, but there is enough extra that hangs down past the window that larger cars should be covered pretty well, too. My car has significantly curved rear windows, but the squarish rear panels still fit reasonably well and the magnets hold it in place nonetheless. These panels block the sun completely, but of course, if your car is left out in the sun long enough, it's going going to get hot. No shades will stop that. But they do block the sun effectively. The warnings:The shades are held on by magnets, so check to see if your car's interior window frames are metal. Some cars have plastic trim covering the window frames, so this could be an issue for those. Test your frames with a magnet to see if it sticks if you're not sure. If your car's rear windows are curvy like mine, the square rear panels will stick, but you might have to fold a corner. They do fit, though. The bottom line:Great shades. They fit well, they stick securely and they pretty much do what you'd expect them to do. The panels should be big enough even for larger cars, and also fit small cars without a problem. Good coverage on the window. Fully opaque. If they fit my car's weird windows, they should fit yours. Good stuff.

Great for the scorching heat.
Good item, it is not exact fit, but the magnets work very well and it does block out and cover the sun. Especially good for cars parked outside in scorching heat.

Magnets fall out or off the shade and stop working
At first, I love everything about these shades. Living in Arizona, I use them every day. I loved the size, shape, and ease of use. From the outside they make my car just look like I have really dark windows. They cool off the car a lot when paired with a windshield cover. You can even lower the windows a little or a lot with them in use. I use them on a SUV and I’m sad that it didn’t come with a cover for the window on the hatchback. I need something there. The only real con is that with repeated use the magnets have slid around the edging leaving some areas with no magnets and this means it doesn’t attach. Many of the magnets have broken through the material and remain around the frame of the window after I remove the shade. I can sew so I’m going to experiment with reinforcing the edge band. I would give 5* and buy a set for every car I own if the quality was just a little better.

It covered the windows and kept the sun out
So the product description said it would fit my Ford Explorer's windows. Let's just say, that the pattern of the window shades were not the best match for my large SUV. In some areas they were to big and in some areas to small. The magnets are super small. Strong, but small. I bought extra magnets but couldn't use them bcz there wasn't enough material to fit on the metal part of my windows. I was able to make them work, barely but I would recommend them for a smaller SUV. I think they would work very nicely. It did help keep the inside of my car cooler and shaded from the sun. Made sleeping nice. Folding and storing the shades is easy and they nestle all together taking up less room.
