The frames are all made of wood and come complete with high quality glass and MDF backing board which allows them to be hung landscape or portrait. Shipping Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Most deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. Please add your mobile number to your details so the couriers can keep you updated with delivery details and you will be able to liase with them if you require a different day. Or if you are out and wish your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour please send us a message when you place your order. Please read our shipping policy for delivery to Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and any other offshore islands. Please note if you refuse delivery and the order is returned to us not only will you have to pay delivery costs you will also have to pay for it to be returned to us. We cannot cover delivery cost to THE CHANNEL ISLANDS please contact us for delivery costs before you order. Returns only accepted if returned within seven days of delivery unused in original cellophane and with original invoice. Buyer will be liable for return postage charge. Packaging We take great care in our packaging to ensure your frames arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately due to the heavy handling of some of the courier drivers occasionally the glass can be broken. If this happens we will ensure the issue is resolved. Postage costs apply to Mainland England, Wales and certain areas of Scotland. Original postage and handling charges are not refundable. Please be aware the size you order is the size of the glass and not the overall width and height of the frame.
