Brilliant product with non-replaceable LED lights
This is wonderful and life saving especially for low ceiling heights in the UK. The only downside is the non replaceable lights which comes with it. Given the sustainability targets for everyone, companies must have the awareness to develop the product that can be easily repaired and reused

Whining noise at low speeds
It’s a bit hard to tell, but they do two sizes of this, the smaller 20/42 watt model and this 25/60 watt model. I’ve had the smaller one for a while and it is great, pretty much silent at low speeds. I need a few more and thought I’d get the bigger model. Amazon have had some good prices on warehouse ones, I’ve had 4 and had to send them all back. One didn’t work at all, one arrived broken, and the other two worked fine but had a horrible loud whining noise coming from the motor or controller at low speeds. It disappeared or you was drowned out when the fan was on high speed but it was very annoying at the first three speeds. Not sure if I’ve had some dodgy warehouse ones or it’s something to do with the larger model. I’ll give them one more try if not I’ll have to stick to the smaller, silent model.

Strange Sound
There is a small "click" sound when the light is on (I believe it is a feature of the light), however the sound repeats every minute afterwards for 2-3 hours (even after the light is off). Worried about the safety so I contacted Philips and they recommend returning the light. Sadly the light itself is perfect. Have to give a 3 star.
