These laptops are perfect for my kids. I’ve bought 3/4 of them along with insurance in case of accidental drops. Never had an issue with the laptops that were due to the manufacture. my 7 year old dropping his and TSA in the airport throwing and breaking it was another time but both times insurance was quick to resolve by fixing and/ or replacement. Great buy!

I bought this Chromebook knowing exactly what it is—and more importantly, what it isn’t. This is not a gaming rig, a video-editing monster, or a device that wants to replace your desktop and steal your job. It’s a Chromebook. And at that job? It absolutely nails it. First impression: it’s ridiculously lightweight. Like “did they forget to put parts inside?” lightweight. Toss it in a bag, carry it one-handed, no problem. The 11.5" screen is bright, clear, and easy on the eyes. Not flashy, just clean and functional. Performance-wise, for what it’s meant to do, it’s smooth. Chrome OS boots fast, apps open quickly, and it handles multitasking better than I expected for a Celeron with 4GB of RAM. With 4GB of RAM, it handles tabs just fine as long as you don’t open 47 of them at once. Respect the machine, and it respects you back. Battery life is solid, WiFi is fast, Bluetooth connects without tantrums, and the keyboard is surprisingly comfortable for something this compact. Webcam is perfectly fine for video calls. Not cinematic, but nobody needs to see that much detail anyway. Also worth mentioning: this is renewed, and if you didn’t tell me, I wouldn’t know. It arrived clean, in great condition, and works exactly like it should. No weird quirks, no mystery problems. It felt less “used” and more “gently returned by someone who didn’t read the description.” This Chromebook is a great buy. It’s lightweight, responsive, and doesn’t overpromise or underdeliver. Would absolutely buy again.

my device looks brand new, ZERO damage, it does get choppy when using streaming radio app and surfing at the same time, just those two things and it cant keep up. the keyboard sometimes has horrible delays (you type and sit and wait for the app to catch up you are typing in) and sometimes it does the "stuck key" thing where it types 40 letter r`s for you randomly, you cannot stop it, just have to wait for it`s mind to quit and let you clear it. it`s OK so far outside the issues I mentioned, for $110, I am happy with it, but it`s not anything more than a $110 machine, and that`s OK.

Decent chromebook, however, don't be mislead by the description as I was. The drive on this is no ssd, but rather an emmc which cannot be upgraded, same with the ram, as both are soldered onto the board. Additionally, this is no 2024 model, but rather was released in in 2019. Research Samsung model # xe310xba for the full and actual specs. That being said, for the price it can still handle a mid appload responsibly. p.s. I bought this CB to use as a larger screen for the positive grid spark app and it does so efficiently. So I don't feel taken for a ride, however, I do expect Amazon renewed/refurb shop to do a little more honest business and to provide more information on the product being sold. Final thought: At the price point, I took a gamble and broke even. At the least, it can support external storage devices and I would recommend a usb c supportable expansion for additional ports as needed or to connect a mouse +. Product was in great shape and out of the box as close to new as it gets. 3.2/5 stars.

This laptop is NOT functional and in excellent working condition as claimed by Amazon. I cannot delete my personal information off of this laptop because it stopped working, so therefore I cannot send back. THANKS FOR NOTHING AMAZON. TRY BEING HONEST ABOUT THE WORKING CAPABILITIES OF YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Price! Nice compact size, easy to take with you. Fast searching etc. Long Battery life. Good graphics. If you are looking for a Chromebook this is one you need to consider.

Awesome Computer looks brand new and works great fast

Antes de adquirir esta Chromebook, recomiendo investigar a fondo en qué consiste el sistema operativo Chrome OS y verificar si se adapta a tus necesidades. En mi caso, soy maestra y me ha resultado muy útil para mí trabajo. Es mi primera Chromebook y decidí arriesgarme a comprarla gracias a las buenas reseñas. La compré y fue enviada por Amazon Estados Unidos . Me llegó con un cargador genérico tipo C de aproximadamente metro y medio. A simple vista, el equipo estaba en buen estado, aunque presentaba algunos pequeños rayones en la parte posterior. La batería llegó en excelentes condiciones, sin ciclos de carga previos y con su capacidad máxima intacta, lo que me dio confianza de que realmente era nueva y estaba en estado excelente como se anuncia. Un detalle importante a considerar es que solo cuenta con un puerto tipo C. Por ello, si necesitas proyectar contenido y al mismo tiempo cargar el equipo, es recomendable tenerlo completamente cargado con anticipación o adquirir un adaptador doble tipo C que permita ambas funciones simultáneamente. La conexión a pantallas externas mediante un adaptador tipo C a HDMI fue muy sencilla. También debes tomar en cuenta que, al estar basado en Chrome OS, no es posible instalar las aplicaciones de Office. Para trabajar con documentos de Word, Excel o PowerPoint, deberás subirlos a Google Drive y habilitar su acceso sin conexión. Te recomiendo descargar desde la Play Store las apps de Documentos, Hojas de cálculo y Presentaciones, ya que las versiones preinstaladas son solo extensiones del navegador y no funcionan sin conexión. Mi equipo tiene 4 GB de RAM, pero al estar basado en Linux, Chrome OS es mucho más ligero y rápido que Windows, incluso con esa cantidad de memoria. Otro punto positivo es que este dispositivo cuenta con actualizaciones garantizadas hasta 2029, lo que le otorga una buena vida útil. Además, es muy liviano, lo cual lo hace ideal para estudiantes o personas que necesitan transportarlo con frecuencia. En conclusión,muy buena experiencia con este equipo reacondicionado y estaré atenta a cualquier falla para editar mi reseña.

Tenía mis reservas para comprar está chromebook por ser refurbished, pero me sorprendió la calidad, además me salió barata. Hasta ahora todo bien, esperemos que no empiece a fallar más adelante
