Really good product. I am a size 5.5 UK women’s shoe and it fit in my shoe easily. I did not need to make any adjustments. I have flat feet and it is helping to make me an arch. I wear them every day at work and it supports my feet as I am on my feet all day being a teacher. It also made me slightly taller.

Had these before and they do the job pretty well.Ok, they may not be as good as some of the more expensive alternatives but I have utterly flat feet and could not do without some form of support and these are pretty good considering the price point.I find them comfortable once you get used to them and are reasonably durable for the price.Whilst they won't be suitable for everyone I would certainly recommend giving them a try and I will continue to buy them.

These are brilliant. I have developed Plantar Fascists which is really painful but these insoles have made it a lot more bearable. I have a pair in my trainers and slippers. They are true to size, I am a size 9 and bought the Large and only had to trim a tiny bit off the toe area to fit my trainers, the pair for my slippers fitted fine. Will be buying more.

I've got Mortons neuroma in my left foot, which means I need extra Arch Support. These inner soles, are great, good value for money, great quality. They have great ease of use, Arch Support, give good cushioning they are of a good Thickness and Height.

Bought this due to reviews as I am suffering with bad plantar fascitis at moment.Good: size is spot on for meNot great: they are slightly heavy and bulky. Unless your shoes have plenty of room it will be tricky to walk with these insoles. I tried them in my hiking boots and couldn't get my foot in after as it was very tight. Your shoes need to be at least half a size bigger.I shall persevere and see if I can use them enough to feel a difference but so far they have proved a bit tricky

great insoles - easy to fit into shoes and super comfortable. Cushions my heel which helps with plantar fasciitis and lifts my arches. They offer great support and have helped to relieve the pain in my foot.

These insoles are really comfortable, but they don't always reach the front end of the shoe, depending on the design of the shoe. I had to keep the old insoles in place and add these on top of the old insoles to make them work efficiently. I couldn't walk far in the shoes, before inserting these insoles. Maybe only 10 minutes. I then managed to walk for 2 hours with no issues at all, with these insoles added, so they do work.When ordering another pair, for different shoes, it became clear that removing the old insoles and replacing them completely with these would make the front end of the insoles uncomfortable, even though they did fit the shoes correctly. This is probably because the front end of the insoles are quite thin compared to the rest of the insole. Although I have made these wearable for myself, if you need to remove your old insoles completely then they may not work for you.
