Most comfortable pump I’ve tried
This is probably the most comfortable pump I’ve used. I also have medela hand pump, frida hand pump, Spectra s1, and I’ve had the Aleda in the past. This is definitely the most comfortable. It has a silicone cushion in the flange that has a pillowy shape to it. I think it works really well too. I had ordered it mainly because I have the avent natural bottles and thought it would be a little easier to pump right into the kind of bottles that I would be using but I was really surprised at how well it worked and how good it felt. I’m used to pumps having to hurt me to really get stuff out but this offers the imitation “latch” that conforms to the nipple.

Game changer for manual pump
The Philips Avent Manual Breast Pump has been a total game-changer for me! It's incredibly easy to use, perfect for quick pumping sessions at home or on the go.One of my favorite features is the silicone flange—it’s soft, flexible, and really improves comfort compared to harder plastic ones I’ve used in the past. It makes the whole experience feel more natural and less stressful.Cleaning is also super simple, with just a few parts that come apart easily and wash up well, even by hand. I love the design and convenience, and the natural motion technology really helps express milk efficiently without discomfort.Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable manual pump!

Must have for pumping moms
A hand pump is a must have for a pumping mom. This pump saved us so many times! Strong suction and easy to clean being we didn't have to take a million parts apart.

This works for me
I purchased the very popular Medela manual pump while still pregnant. I’m three months post partum and I’ve tried everything to make it work for me. Different duckbill, flange insert sizes and types. It just was uncomfortable and not effective. I tried using it again this week to get a little milk for babies skin/bath and it just wasn’t working.I decided to purchase this agent manual pump as it looked a little different. My flange sizes vary and change periodically. Currently I’m using a 17mm on one side and 19mm on the other. This silicone flange doesn’t come with any inserts and I’m able to remove milk without any extra accessories. It is slightly more comfortable on the 19mm side but not painful on either side.It doesn’t remove a ton of milk like my electric pumps. I feel like social media shows people filling bottles with a manual pump, and for me that is not the case.It is however perfect for when I want a little extra for his skin or the bath.We also use avent bottles, so the fact it comes with another avent bottle and they are all interchangeable for this pump is a plus.

Baby Registry MUST HAVE!
Love this! Its a must have on your baby registry. You extract and use the same bottle to feed. No need to change from bottle to bottle.

All around a pretty terrible design
For some reason, someone decided that a screw on flange was a good idea, which makes it difficult to put on and take off with a pumping bra; the soft flexible flange size fits “up to 30 mm nipple size,” but is clearly not designed for small nipples and flange inserts somehow make it worse; and the sucking motion this machine produces is extremely anxiety inducing, not at all what a suckling baby feels like. Even on the lowest setting, this thing caused nipple damage. They also use their regular bottles for the pump which makes this super heavy for pumping bras, so I have to prop the bottles up to keep them from sliding. The design makes it so that you can’t see let down or spray and you have to lean forward to see if there are drops still falling into the bottles. But the pump is so anxiety inducing that I’ve started having to cut my pumping session short and finish with my other pump. I got this as a travel alternative to my big pump, but it’s just not usable. I’m glad it worked for others, but it did not work for me.

Compact, comfortable
I do love that this pump is silicone, much more comfortable than the medela hand pump. It only comes in a 24 size flange, and you cant get other inserts for it. It is more compact than the medela and lighter. Great for on the go or to leave in your car when you need it!

Old brand same great quality
So I had one of these over 20 years ago. New mom in the family wasn't having success pumping with one of the expensive electric models. Thought she wasn't producing milk. I offered to buy this to see if it would work.Well it's apparently just as I remember it. Heavy pressure and still has the ability to suck your soul out lol. First time she used it was a success! Ease of pumping for her new baby and also confidence for a new mom that everything is working out.Note: this is the hand-held model not electric. You do also have control over pressure based on how hard you squeeze. While it's not hands free, it may work better for some moms based on pressure and the design.
