I decided to get this HDMI connector because of Netflix. If you have a family Netflix account, and you aren’t physically in the house, Netflix kicks you out and forces you to buy your own subscription which just screams scam. For weeks, I’ve been having to watch Netflix on my laptop or phone because that’s the only place I still have access. But I’ve been so tired of squinting so I got this wireless HDMI connector. I love it so much because I can do work from my laptop, while having my show playing at the same time. The cord doesn’t get in the way at all, and the quality is immaculate. It is a very easy set up as well, I’d definitely recommend if you’re contemplating!

Other reviews complained about overheating and the lack of an included 5v 2 amp power supply so I also bought two small USB fans and two AC extension power blocks that had USB ports to provide adequate power and to keep the devices cool. The devices connected successfully, ran for several hours transmitting youtube videos and remained at about 75° F. The receiver did start to get hot when the fan was acidentally moved. Quite a collection of stuff but it worked. These come already linked so all I had to do was plug it in and give it power and they worked instantly. The picture quality is good as long as you're not too far away since it is a Bluetooth link.You may have to add software to your laptop to get it to work but mine worked with the VLC player just fine. I tried it on my TV and it worked perfectly the first time!

Best money I have ever spent! And not on a cheap transmitter or one that claims to be one that will work. THIS ONE WORKS!! Easy connection. Display isn’t pixel perfect, so not best for demanding work on a computer, but good enough for watching TV

This HDMI device is great if you need or want to share a media player with multiple tv's. I have a streaming media player that is attached to my main tv and I wanted to share this with the my bedroom tv. I did purchase an HDMI splitter. This works really well with my HDMI splitter. The picture and audio quality are very good.

This HDMI transmitter and receiver is fantastic! It works great with our projector at home. We use it in hotel rooms to connect our devices to the TV, and it's been a hit with the kids. It's reliable, easy to use and makes our experience much more enjoyable.
