How do I print via USB?

Step1- Start printer, connect it to the computer via USB, download the driver for the corresponding system from the iDPRT official website.

Printing is too small or one side, what should I do?

The most likely reason is the label isn't in 4x6 format.Go back to where downloaded the label (eBay, Etsy, etc.) and change the format to 4x6,then download and print again. If can't change, you can choose our app "HereLabel" to crop it for free.

What if the printer keeps printing blanks or I need to switch label paper?

Please make sure the thermal paper is facing the correct way. Then,recalibrate the printer: put in more than 5 labels, press and hold the feed button until it flashes twice, then release. The printer will automatically calibrate and feed the labels.

Why did my software download fail or prompt that it was unsafe?

We can't confirm that all antivirus software on the market have received the security reports we submitted. So please turn off the antivirus software before downloading to avoid errors. Our software is absolutely safe and will not steal privacy.
