For the money they’re not bad.
The first thing is make sure these will fit your bars. Even though 22mm and 28mm the most common sizes, there are other sizes. There are two locations on each piece that are size critical. The set comes with 22mm pivots and 28mm mounting holes and one set of 28mm to 22mm reducer bushings so moving your existing bars, as long as they are either 22 or 28mm, isn’t a problem but if for some reason you’re changing from 28mm to 22mm bars you’ll need another set of reducer bushings which aren’t included. That would be a very unlikely Senecio but it could happen.I’ve installed pivoting risers on two other bikes in my 50 plus years of riding. One set went on a KLR dual sport where looks didn’t really matter and the other on a BMW S1000XR where looks and overall quality matter very much. The pivoting risers I used were significantly more expensive than these but they were also much higher quality and machined aluminum as opposed to the rough finish and cast alloy of these. As far as looks go, I’d give these Lotcesfun risers two stars. They’re rough and painted black. For functionality I’d give them 3 stars. They do the intended job but I’m not sure how well they would hold up in a hard fall. I’m not implying I don’t trust them, I do, but they are (heavy) cast alloy, not machined aluminum. There’s one of the reasons these are cheaper. For the price I’d give these five stars. They don’t look great but they fit the advertised size bars, they work as they should and the price is good. As long as you have the necessary cable length and the location is easily accessible, installation is a breeze.

Extra height & moved the bars forward for better posture & control
These were taller than I expected but I appreciated every mm when I actually rode & raced the bike. I ran two races with these on my vintage bike & the height & ability to move the bars forward helped with my posture & control. The extensions did not budge while I was riding or racing. The risers are bulky which probably wouldn't make a difference on a big, modern adventure bike, but the mass was overkill for my little scrambler.
