I was experiencing a lot of hair shedding my hair is no longer thick like it was but I tried these vitamins my hair is still not thick but I hardly have any hair fall so I would definitely recommend this vitamins and I look forward to continue taking it I've only had one bottle so far but it's working for me

I finally can write a review after a few weeks of being on this vitamin. I do feel like I can notice a difference in energy level, feeling a bit more upbeat. But the biggest thing I'm loving and noticing is the reduction in hair shedding. Every single time I brushed my hair, I would lose handfuls of hair, and when I would wash my hair, there would be chunks down the drain. Now my hair is hardly shedding anymore. That is huge, and I'm loving it.However, the only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because of the dosing. For the price I paid for this large bottle, I would expect it to at least come with a dosage cup. I mean, seriously, this ain’t cheap. I do feel it's worth the price, but they could at least provide a measuring cup.

I love this multi-vitamin and the results It has really helped with my nails they are now ticker and my hair has grow alot .The taste is great and is easy to take. The only sadness is hard to travel with it because it requires refrigeration. But Highly recommend!

I have been using this liquid vitamin for a month now. My hair, nails and my face have shown improvement. My hair is getting thicker, my nails have grown longer and are strong and my face has this glow that I can’t explain. I will continue to use with hopes of continued improvement. So far I love it!

I have to say, I really love all of the Mary Ruth's Organics products that I have tried. They have become my go-to brand for vitamins & supplements in recent years.I can't stand the taste of capsule vitamins and usually, other brands that do liquid formulas taste like trash too, if we're speaking frankly. Who wants to be choking down a bunch of horse pills every day, anyway? Not me?Mary Ruth's FTW! I have tried several of the multivitamin blends and this one and the morning multi are the best.I even have a box of the individual serving packets which are convenient for travel. You can just toss em in your bag and never be without your daily dose. :)

I bought this after I saw the advertisement. This is my third bottle and what I've noticed is the smoothness and glow on my face. However, this third bottle tastes very different. It has a very sweet taste and seems like the fruit has gone bad. Please correct taste if I am to continue using product.
