Very nice knife. It will need to have the edge drawn over a quality stone to get that edge sharp. The feel is better than the Victorinox, just as flexible, and holds an edge just the same. This is the 3rd Bolexino knife and I love them all.What I like is the handles. The grip is very nice and comfortable for my small hands. Working with this knife for 2 to 3 hrs at a time, no hand cramps!. The blade sheeve is a nice touch.

I bought this so that I could make thin chicken breast I was skeptical because of the price and I didn’t want to spend a lot to begin with. I am so surprised this knife cut through the chicken like butter. It is worth every cent. It was such a very pleasant surprise. It is a really really nice knife.

I use this to debone chicken thighs which saves me money. A tray of boneless chicken thighs cost about $15 whereas a tray of bone in chicken thighs costs about $6 at Sam’s club. I use the bones for stock and soups. And, I make cracklings with the skins which goes well with “beverages.” 😁

This is a decent knife for the price, but it came to me very dull.

One of the main reasons I ordered this knife is because of price and the fact that it comes with a protective cover for the blade so that I can throw it in the utensil drawer and not worry about drawing blood any time I reach in the drawer for something. This knife didn't come as sharp as I would have liked and I will have to do some work to it to get it where I like my knives. I bought it to have a thinner blade to work with while trimming briskets to smoke. Once I have it sharpened to my liking, this knife will be perfect for my purpose. I would recommend this knife with the caveat that further sharpening may be needed once you receive it.

Really sharp knife. Has many uses

Like the size and soft grip handle. I work as a fishing guide in Alaska during the summer and fish on a daily basis. Product is similar to a knife I use there but less expensive. Bought it for use cleaning fish in Hawaii during the winter. Haven't used it yet but confident it'll suit my needs.
