Nature's Truth KSM-66 Ashwagandha | 60 Capsules | with L-Theanine is a solid supplement at a very fair price in my opinion. As with any supplement, you may or may not see or feel any results as they effect everyone differently.I much prefer KSM-66 over standard Ashwagandha. I definitely have less anxiety overall while consistently taking this product, though I can't tell you that it is any better than other KSM-66 supplements i've tried, but it is certainly on par with them. The pills are coated and easy to swallow. No bad taste or anything. Definitely recommend trying if you haven't, they offer a great value in my opinion, and there's not much to lose if they don't work for you.

I bought this to replace the last one I was taking since it's no longer available. I started taking it as soon as I finished the last one and haven't noticed a difference. By which I mean it seems to be working just as good as the last one.Only 2 pills per serving, pretty easy to swallow, and no after taste.I've been sleeping pretty good since i started to add Ashwaganda to my supplements.

Good value on Ashwagandha. I've been pleased with these.

I have been using this for over a month and my body is tolerating it well. I have a high stress job and I feel that I have been doing better at not going into stress-overdrive lately. The pills are not overly large and are swallowed easily.

I'm new to ashwagandha but I have done due diligence at the NIH website and it looks very promising.I don't find the price outrageous for a thirty day supply, especially in this economy, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I also like that they did NOT mix in extras like B vitamins that are normally found in everyone's multivitamin, forcing you to choose between taking one or the other that day.

Been taking these for around a month now and it's hard to tell yet if I have noticed any drastic improvement but at the very least I have yet to experience any negative side effects.

I've been taking Ashwagandha for a while as part of a general stress routine. It's not something that works instantly, but I find it to be a good habit. These are a bit larger than some other pills, so that's something to be aware of. They don't have any flavor or taste though, which is nice since some ashwagandha supplements like tinctures, can be a little difficult to take at times because of the taste.
