Works Well; Easy to Clean
Amazing Product! My wife doesn't like "pounding" beef, pork, & chicken but wanted a way to tenderize them. This product has proven perfect for that. Quality: Well made and easy to use! Cleaning: Needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Not difficult but takes a few minutes. We first rinse it under hot water then soak it in hot dishwater (by itself) for a few minutes. You need to be careful to not stick yourself with the "blades" but a little common sense and care is all it takes.

Very sharp blades do a great job of puncturing tough pieces of meat. I like that its dishwasher safe, too.

Works decent enough. Screws rusted after washing it one time though.

Makes the steak more tender
Well Built and easy to use. fits in your hand and takes some pressure to push down (not much) based on the steak cut. Just place it on the steak and press down. It penetrates the steak and helps break steak muscle and fat down plus making the steak hold the seasoning better. And the steak cooks better. Do both sides and cover entire steak. I use it for Sou Vie cooking and it really makes a difference in the texture. Put is dishwasher after use. Highly recommended

Great tenderizer
This works better than the mallet tenderizer in my opinion. It's easy to use and cleanup isn't too hard either.
