This is just salt. It tastes like salt and makes anything it touches taste like salt. There is no spice, no flavor, no nuance, no acid, no sweet- nothing. It's just thick soy sauce with salt on top.

Bought for a gift, hard to find in the UK. It has a distinctive flavour of mustard seed some may not go for but if you like it it's truly unique.
