Q: What's the shelf life?

Description on Amazon indicates(from the producer) that it has a 36 month shelf life. This is not surprising because the product is freeze dried(no moisture left). We had ours about a year and it was great!

Q: If I put it in liquid would it come to life. I’m trying to see if I can use it as a garnish for drinks.

I’m getting this to add to cold refreshing drinks like Starbucks do. They add freeze dried pineapple to the To me, it seems like this would work well!
