Little goes a long way
I use it in cakes, in meals where I need eggs but didn’t have any. Nice and easy and lasts ages. A little goes a long way.

Seal on this large bag is awful.
I have only used this once. It is a fairly large poly bag with a terrible clip which I cannot get to reseal & am looking for a suitable container to transfer the very fine egg powder to to stop it absorbing water from the environement of my kitchen!.
