I have not been able to get mine to work properly. It doesn't respond when I try and move it. Does not recognize movement. I do not recommend this product.

Q: What are other peoples' experiences with customer support with iSmart? I can never get them on the phone.

I feel the customer support is pretty good. As stated below, they typically get back between 1-2 days and from there it is very seemless. i Would try email if I were you.
