Well it wasn't that useful to me .
The packaging was good ,but the product was having a dent on it but working and maybe due to this , it was producing a bhum bhum sound while cooking , the door was leaking, so I have to return it . But the overall experience with delivery and pickup and even the helpline service were good .And yes a tray is left with me , I forgot to return it , if possible please take it back as soon as possible.
