Great design, poor quality - buy at your own risk
This item was delivered with a paper insert with a QR code for assembly directions. The QR code was a broken link. Had to connect with the company and search online for some directions which wasn't easy. The good:The design is really nice and takes up very little footprint. I bought to use as a TV console for a small TV which left enough room on the sides to keep a small lamp. The height is higher than table height but lower than console height. This worked well for me and for the purpose I was buying. I like the bit of storage under the top.The legs are solidly made and complement the slim profile of the console. The bad:The quality of the ply planks is horrendous. It was already chipped on the corner on arrival. The crushed wood of which the planks are made are not dense and so if you screw in something incorrectly, you will destroy the plank. Since the directions were poor and nothing provided in the box, it was very irritating to assemble. It's also really wobbly. If you try to lift it from the top (do NOT do that!), the top pulls up away from the vertical planks. It's only held in place by the bolt washer thingies which are also made of poor quality metal - one of them arrived broken. It's very light weight, so easy to move around. But if handled without the care you would give when holding an infant, you can expect it to just fall apart. (Always lift it up while holding from the bottom). So, overall:Design - 5 starsPackaging and ease to put together - 1 starQuality - 1 starValue - 2 stars (While cheap at about Rs 2500, I think it's overpriced for the quality, packaging, and ease of assembly. Only the design is very good).Buy at your own risk!
