Not bad. Taste is okay. How much authentic EAA content are is difficult to determine. But I have used other brands and the energy I felt after thrm during workout was a but better.

One of the best intra workout that i came across in recent times as l have been using quite a few. Keeps you hydrated and pump remains insane. For people like me who actually sweat a lot it really helps. Keeps you energetic throughout the workout which helps you in lifting good weight.
