This is an awesome value for the money. I always like to have cold medicine on hand because the last thing you want to do when you're suddenly sick is have to run to the store to grab some. This works just as good as the namebrand for a fraction of the cost. Would purchase again.

I saw pictures of these prior to buying. I think the size of the pill is what people were trying to show. They’re a bit large but they DO WORK. The only problem I had was that they say “no drowsy.” They absolutely do make you sleepy but otherwise, they’re effective.

When you’re bed ridden. Having these delivered is a gift from the Gods. 🙌

I still give this a three as this is an all-in-one gel pill, and it comes at a good price in a bottle. The only problem I had was swallowing them. They were too big to get down. I can take large pills normally, but these would just not go down. I would actually choke on them and spit them out. I think it is the oval shape.
