Too hard to set the correct settings, we’ve been trying for weeks after reading the instructions to no avail. Returning this time clock is our only option. I do not recommend this time clock for anyone

I need a simple time clock for several employees to check in and out. The instruction manual is full of jargon to program, shifts. There are 34 steps of shift and ring time programing and when you have run through them, there is no way to see where you are. There is no HELP number anywhere! I submited a trouble ticket and left my contact number for a call back.

I found this to be a very innovative time clock and I appreciated the compact size of this device so that it does not get in the way of day to day operations. The power cord was long enough where I could mount it within level to the handle on my door and I appreciate that there is a power button located on this machine. I really like the blue digital display and the lock out feature that prevents other from tampering or changing settings. Programming the clock is simple is the direction are followed accurately. The cards that cam with the unit are nicely printed and bold. I like how these go into the machine and then they are returned back out without having to push or pull them. Additionally, the best feature is that this time clock will automatically sum the hours worked and print this on the time card. This is really neat and a great durable, quality punch clock. I am happy with my selection.

Sometimes you don't need all kinds of time tracking software and limits on when people can clock in and out. Sometimes, you just have a handful of people and need to keep track of their time on paper. And you don't want to break the bank doing it.This is a good option for that situation. The setup is nice and easy step by step... mostly. It can clock up to 6 punches on a single line to give the opportunity for having a morning, lunch, and afternoon all on the same line with 2 more spots for clocking in some overtime when needed. The cards it comes with have space for 31 days, so they can hold a full month.It keeps track of the date after you set it, and uses times to know where to put the stamp. The exact location can be calibrated. So instead of stamping on the next available position, it stamps on the proper date. this could make accounting much easier for some people.There's a notch in the cards so the machine knows which side you're putting in, to prevent mistakes. It can also be set with a password to prevent tampering.It's not "perfect", but this time clock does what it says it does.
