One faulty battery
THe Head Strap itself is comfortable and works well, BUT one battery was completely dead.

Excellent and comfortable strap
The only problem here are the batteries overheating issues, while charging the heat set, making them drain quickly and stopping charging.Please fix the batteries issue, bought this because of battery packs.
