Nike Air Max 95's are my go-to trainers for everyday walking. I walk a lot on concrete/tar-mac pavements so the Max Air unit is the ultimate cushioning to take the impact and give you a real spring in your step. I also love this design because of the extra reinforcement to the toe area. Trainers with mesh uppers are usually a big no for me because my toes lift up when I walk (quite common I believe) so my big toe can wear a hole through the upper mesh before the soles are worn, but this reinforced design prevents that from happening. If you're wondering what the 'opti' feature is in this premium design then take a look at my photos and see how the trainers look in natural daylight and then under camera flash. The almost black stripes glow in a striking combination of blue, red and yellow. With regards to fit I always go at least half a size larger with Nike trainers.
