We use sustainably sourced California sea salt, grinding it down to a fine grain so it has a larger surface area, and less tastes more 'salty'. In a single serving, the sodium content is about 180mg, or around 4.5% of the average Percent Daily Values, based on a 2,000 calorie diet.

We don't make a seasoning exclusively dedicated to shrimp scampi, but as the name of this product suggests, it's a great all purpose seasoning. If you're looking for a more traditional shrimp scampi flavor, I'd recommend either/both our Garlic Pepper Rub and our Lemon Rosemary Sea Salt.
