Another great power bank
In 2018, I began BPAP therapy with a ResMed AirCurve 10 device. With an upcoming remote tent camping trip, I looked for a power bank that was portable, compact and lightweight. The Maxoak K5 fit the bill, giving me several nights of power before it required recharging in my vehicles 110-volt outlet. The Bluetti X30 is the next generation in what appears to be the same frame with several improvements over the K5. With a new Lithium battery system, the recharge cycles have increased from 1000 to 2000. It comes with a variety of power cables, all labeled for various compatible device. The LCD backlight turns off in a few seconds with only a very subtle blinking night light along its bottom edge. Start-up has also been simplified. Press the power button for a few seconds to turn on. Plug in the appropriate power cable and the X30 recognizes it and displays the related power on the LCD screen. Press the DC button to direct power to the cable and plug it into the device. Simple! At 95% battery usage, there is a continuous beeping, alerting it is time to recharge the power bank.In testing the X30, I get 4, six-hour nights with the heater/humidity turned off. Because my device double pressures are high (range 12 to 17) it impacts usage hours. A CPAP verses BPAP device, with a single lower pressure will improve usage hours. All in all, The Bluetti X30 is a great, compact, lightweight power bank. If I had any recommendations, the power cables could be much longer. It still requires 110 volts to recharge but if you are camping in a National Park without power access, any ranger station will recharge medical devices. The new travel case is a nice bonus.

Incredible performance so far!
I like to keep some form of backup power as I use a cpap. I've had a big car charger battery pack for years now and it is finally dying so I started a search for a replacement that was hopefully smaller and could last more than the one night I was getting with the big battery pack.I found this unit and decided to give it a try as the reviews were pretty good. All I can say is "WOW"!The unit is much smaller than I was thinking it would be and lighter too. Pretty much looks like the little boom boxes we carried around in the 80's. I wasn't expecting much but figured if it went one night I would probably be fine as we usually don't lose power for longer than a few hours unless a hurricane is rolling through (or even just by). As hurricane Debby was on the way, I got this one as it could be delivered same day.It came with a 75% charge and only took a short time to hit 100%. Unit was packaged brilliantly and is made to be very portable. It came with so many connections but after a short look online I knew I was looking for the 12V-5A cord for my older System One cpap.We didn't actually lose power for more than a minute in three different times during Debby so I didn't actually have to rely on it but it would have been no problem if I had. This last whole week I have tested it at night. Filled it to 100%, unplugged the power and used it for five nights in a row! I have the Philips system one machine and my setting is 10. I turned off the humidifier as instructed for longevity and went to sleep each night as usual. I had the machine running almost 9 hours a night for five nights in a row and still had 20% battery life! It basically used 16% a night.I was completely shocked at how small the unit is versus how long it lasted. Frankly, it's incredible! I had no idea I could have had something this small when camping and gone that long.It seemed a little on the expensive side but I can't complain about performance. I also can't talk about how well the battery will maintain it's output but my initial impressions and testing were mind blowing.Very pleased so far!!

Dreamstation 2
Works as advertised, but the plug is different for the Dreamstation 2. D2 has a 90 degree bend in plug from underneath. This one works, but sticks out enough that the D2 doesn't sit flat. Also, you can't use the humidifier at all. The D2 nees 6.7 amps and this is only 5. D2 powers off if the humidifier is on. It uses about 10 percent power over 1 night of use. Update: i got a medistrom cable for the D2 and it works fine on this battery.

Perfect for ResMed AirSense 10.❣️
7/12/2024.I've been testing it. So far, I'm thrilled to have it. First I charged it to 100%. With the humidifier turned off I've now used this to power my CPAP for 3 nights and still have 65% of battery remaining. One person reported using it for 6 nights before needing to recharge it. I expect to get at least that.I'm thrilled to have this adorable and powerful little battery backup available for my peace of mind as for the past 20 years I haven't even been able to take a nap without my CPAP and occasional power outages over the years have meant sleepless nights.I'm testing it with the humidifier turned off because it's power hog and I want to know, bottom line, how many nights in a row before it runs out of power. It's true I haven't had it long, but I will post an update if it disappoints in any way.It came with the power cord to recharge it at a wall outlet.Additionally, it came with several power cords of different configurations. One of them is specific to the AirSense 10.It's small, and sits nicely on the nightstand right beside the CPAP.Now I'm going to search for the perfect mini CPAP to pair with it for travel. (Comes with it's own little padded carrying case.Extended sailing trips will be so much less complicated with this little battery. Previously I've needed to use a noisy converter. This is absolutely soundless. No more concerns about running down the boat's batteries.Thank you, Bluetti !!! Worth every penny.

Stay away. Sending back ASAP.
Says will run a C-Pap machine 2-5 days. More like 5 hours before you wake up with no air. Took out of box and charged to 100%. Anticipated a good night's sleep. Not happening. Do not purchase for this purpose.
