I got this Applied Nutrition ABE jug because I’m trying to drink more water (and actually remember where I put my bottle!), and honestly it’s been a brilliant little upgrade. At 2.5L it’s huge, but in a good way I only need to fill it once and I’m sorted for the whole day, whether I’m at work, in the car, or running around after the kids. The handle makes it easy to carry around, and it’s surprisingly lightweight even when full. The leak-proof lid has been spot-on so far I’ve chucked it in the car and in my gym bag with no soggy surprises, which is always a win. I’ve also noticed I’m drinking more without even thinking about it… there’s just something about having a massive jug staring at you that keeps you going! Perfect for the gym, daily hydration or if you’re like me and always forget to refill smaller bottles. Simple, sturdy, and genuinely useful exactly what I needed.

Excellent quality , does the job

Bad material. Nowhere in description it says that plastic is number #1 which is supposed to be used for one time only. Why would I buy wayer bottle if its not reccomended to reuse it. Asking for refund. Dont waste money and health on this bs

the bottle is fine but the lid isnt great. my own fault for not slamming down the lid with the force of a thousand suns because failing to do so means you will experience a multitude of wrath inducing spills on carpets, mattresses and car seats. if you are prudent with lids this bottles a 5, if not, take my advice fellow clumsy brethren and keep clear of this accursed vial
