Q: What does the island fantasy smell like?

It smells like the beach. I personally like the citrus lavender scent a lot better, but island fantasy is nice if you like a summery, beach kind of smell.

Q: Can this be used on a2 year old girl with very curly hair?

I don't see why not. It's very gentle, much more than baby shampoo.
