CPP Chrome Shell w/Silver Insert Grille Assembly for Dodge Ram CH1200178

Product bolted up fine using the old hardware. As others have mentioned, the grill comes with clips, but they do not fit the screw size of the originals. The clip holes are too large, so I had to reuse the old clips.The box arrived in perfect shape. The grill however was gouged on the top and bottom near center. I believe the gouges were caused during packaging. The box is closed using those big metal staples. I believe it was these staples that gouged the plastic. See photos.But in my case, the truck is 20 years old (2000 Ram 1500), and the old grill was falling off. So, I'll just keep this damaged grill. Honestly, I didn't notice the gouges until I had it all bolted back on.The plastic feels a bit cheap and the chrome coating seems like it won't last long before it starts peeling off. Time will tell.All in all, still a great deal for the price.

It wasn’t a perfect fit however as you tightened it down the bow comes out and its fine. I’m a little worried I may have heard a couple of the plastic studs crack as I tightened it down so be careful on that.It came with new hardware to screw into but not the screws (the insert like funny nuts, came with it but not the bolts)...and the old ones were the wrong size...they may have been thrown out with the box though.In my pictures, you’ll see the news one and the old one. New is on top. I like the looks of the older one better but not the price for certain.

Good value for the money. It came with fasteners for the upper rail, but no fasteners for the sides or for tab next to the hood latch. The upper tabs and the tab by the hood latch aligned well. The passenger side latches needed to be shimmed so I drilled some spare steel to fill the gap. Fit and finish are good; all plastic, but looks good as new. Will need new emblem.

The chrome on mines started lifting off (or wrinkling) within 2 weeks of installing.Here is washington state where it doesnt get that warm. Company wouldnt send me a new grille or even refund my money. VERY dissatisfied

It got here really fast. the box was a little beat up, most of the hardware was missing as it was loose in the box. The honeycomb insert was a little more flimsy than the OEM, but that didn't bother me since I replaced it with billet. would have given more stars if it had all hardware

This fit my 1997 Dodge Ram perfectly. Looks nice. Save screw nut... pieces from old grill. Does not have the actual Dodge emblem but there is a space for it

The product looked great. Only if it didn’t show up in two pieces. I got the package and it arrived split right down the middle.

The grille itself has held up perfect the past few months but when installing the screws that came with it sucked so I just reused the ones from the old grille that weren't rusted to pieces.
