It produces a profusion of flower clusters continrously throughout the summer months right up til the autumn.
The tightly balled blooms are extra-large, very weather resistant and will last for weeks as they change colour from pink to green-purple as they age.
Grow this in a large pot or a sunny spot in the border and you'll have a magnificent plant that will be increasingly impressive every year.
