Great Circuit Workout!
I love all of Gina B.'s "Dance That Walk" workouts, so much fun and great cardio, but this Circuit Training DVD feels much more like a training session at the gym. Cardio mixed with upper & lower body training circuits work up a great sweat and makes you feel like you have truly done a workout. Great for days when you feel like you need a little bit more of a challenge, and still fun due to Gina's enthusiasm and bubbly personality, without all of the incessant chatter I grew weary of in Leslie Sansone's workouts.

Low impact total body workout
I like this video because it is helping me get back into shape from a long winter of couch potato viewing. This in conjunction with a 3 mile walk after is giving me the energy to work a 8 hour evening shift at the hospital.Gina B does a great job in keeping it simple but relevant to a total body workout.

One of my favorite workout videos
I love this video and keep it in my regular rotation. This is an invigorating workout. I am 75 years old and need to modify a couple of the moves because of arthritic shoulders, but aside from that, I find this to be excellent circuit training. I appreciate that Gina has 2 helpers who show more intense and less intense movements. The resistance portions are intermixed with cardio elements to keep the intensity high. The first portion is a good cardio dance-style warmup. The second section is upper body resistance alternating with cardio dance moves. The third section is lower body alternating with cardio dance moves. The last section is a cooldown and stretch. The stretches are not held long enough for me, and so I sort of do my own thing. The entire video takes just under an hour.

Better than most I've used
In order to vary my daily exercise routine, I have been working my way through the various DVD's in our local library's collection. When I find one that stands out from the rest, I buy my own copy.I bought this one because the presenter is personable and energetic; she changes the routine every minute; and she offers three options: upper body (35 min.), lower body (35 min.), and the two combined (55 min.)I find that these exercises help with flexibility and balance as well as muscle tone. With that in mind, I recommend it to my fellow senior citizens.

Excellent work out--and FUN!
I have been doing Gina B's workouts online and really enjoying them. However, I am old school at times and like a DVD. I purchased this walk because it included weights, and I wanted to have more balance (occasionally) to my workouts than just cardio. OMG, what a blast this workout was to do. You do a weighted move, such as bicep curls, for a minute in five minute circuits, and then you do a five-minute set of walking moves. Nothing overly complex, which is fine, you don't need complex for it to be effective. Gina has two back-up exercisers showing modified or advanced moves, and you can do the workout in its entirety or just upper body or lower body. The workout goes by quickly, is low impact, and is a lot of fun. I felt pleasantly worked out. And Gina B has a great personality and is so positive and encouraging. This was an excellent workout purchase for me, and I am ready to buy more of Gina B's walking DVDs.

Gina Buber is a fun and upbeat instructor!!
I am just getting back into a regular workout routine after a long hiatus due to health issues. I ordered this just to see if I like the Dance That Walk dvds. I tried it out the same day I received it. It is more cardio intensive than some other walk workouts I have tried, the toning segments actually contain enough reps to make a difference! Gina Buber is fun, upbeat and keeps the workout interesting. I have done Zumba in the past so the dancing was fairly easy to follow, I will have to do it a couple more times to get the routine down. But it is easy to follow and I broke a good sweat. I will definitely be buying Gina Bubers other dvds, it is not just another walk dvd! Love it! It's great for a beginner, I imagine it would be great for post partum as well as long as you have the ok from your doctor that is and it's a good for a light day workout as too!

New to Gina's workouts!
I have many fitness DVDs so have lots of variety, but the fun factor from my workouts is lacking. Gina fills a niche that other instructors don't have. Instead of choosing a Jessica or Leslie walk, Gina offers something different. You will be smiling and not even feel like you worked out and the time passes quickly. I enjoyed this circuit workout because you can choose how challenging to make it. Too easy for you, just heavy up on the weights. Nothing complex here and Gina is so encouraging while keeping you moving. If dance steps are new to you, you will learn them quickly since moves are repeated. Good format and routines! Thanks Gina!

Enjoyable especially if you like to add dance to your workouts
I have been doing Leslie's dvds for the past 2 years and despite switching them up was not losing weight, inches, anything. I bought this dvd and have begun to lose again. Yay! Gina B. doesn't seem intense, but I have found myself more challenged and even sweating. Gina keeps me moving in 5 minute circuits alternating between cardio dance/walking (not just marching in place and hamstring curls) and strength training with hand weights. It's the quickest 55 minute workout I have done. Seriously, I feel like I could go longer because it's so enjoyable. There are 3 women each doing a different intensity level. Pick one to follow and work your way up to the one doing the most challengingforms of the exercises. This dvd gives people plenty of room for growth and improvement. My husband says I look happy while exercising with this dvd too. Since it is enjoyable, I am eager to exercise with it more often. I am inspired to try Gina's other exercise dvd too.

Good for a person new to exercise, i.e., exercising for the first time
I found this workout very doable especially if you're one who has never exercised before in your life. It is a little too easy for me even though I have not exercised for quite a while. Very upbeat instructor and always encouraging you to do what you can and have fun. I enjoyed doing it.
