This product is excellent to control cravings for sweet, it keeps you fuller and provides a lot of fiber to your body. I highly recommend it because it helps me a lot to go to the bathroom because of its fiber. It has a pleasant taste.

Tasted so bad could not take so don’t know if it works or not. You got to be able to drink it first it is gross made me throw up

I tried this product after I saw the results of a coworker. The product works amazingly if you follow the directions. I took it before my heaviest meal -Dinner. I would fast for 16 hours. Break my fast with the unimate drink before breakfast. Love the taste of both.I lost 20lbs in two months.
