Arrived on time or earlier that promised in excellent condition. I believe the instructions indicated you can put this into your favorite drink, but I would caution you to NOT add it a beverage that's already sweetened...it'll be too sweet. But turning that to my advantage, I loved that when I added it to my unsweetened ice tea, it's perfect; that is, once you acquire--or can accept (smile) the taste of Stevia! It's also great added to a flavored but unsweetened seltzer or sparkling water.

I have struggled with gut issues over the past year trying multiple products that haven't helped. But this product is amazing everyone should take prebiotic not just probiotic. It has so many good perks. The flavor actually has a good sweet taste. I will be repurchasing this every month!
