Awesome product and price!!
Installed on 2020 palisade. Instructions could be a lot better. I spent most of my time separating all of the washers and bolts. But it does say clearly in the instructions to spend the time and separate all of the washers and bolts. I wish they had a bag A and a bag B separating the hitch assembly from the hitch Installation screws. Once you get past figuring out which bolts and washers go where the rest is extremely easy. It took me about an hour and an half from opening the box to installing. Take the time to install your wiring kit since you’ll have access to the pigtail when you install the hitch. Overall I’m extremely happy with the product and can’t wait to attach my trailer!!

Well-priced, relatively easy to install hitch
This was an Amazon Black Friday purchase for our 2024 Hyundai Palisade SEL. Opening the hitch, it was well-packaged and the powder coated covering lacked any chips or scratches. All the welds looked good and professional. I unhooked the exhaust system from its rearmost hanger mount and the exhaust pipe hanger over the rear axle to give myself enough play to bolt the passenger side mount of the hitch to the Palisade frame. I removed the plastic cover between the driver's side frame and vehicle corner to bolt the driver's side mount of the hitch to the Palisade frame. I completed the installation by bolting the hitch center section on both ends to the mounts on both sides of the Palisade. The three pieces all fit together like a glove - obviously the hitch workmanship is good. Although the hitch instructions said I would have to trim the plastic rear bumper valance for the hitch tube to fit, I found that no trimming was necessary - after installation, the hitch tube was well under the plastic rear bumper valance. Buy this hitch with confidence - it IS well-made.

Just as good as the one piece hitch
Really well made was impressed with the weld quality. It was missing a washer and I had to find one to work but overall great product that fit perfect

Happy with my purchase
Excellent for the price. This went on a 2023 Palisade SEL. Installation went smoothly and I did not have to trim any car panel material like the directions indicated. The only problem was that there was excess weld material inside the hitch tube that I had to grind out to insert the trailer tube.
