Q: can I wear Bose headphones while wearing this?

Q: How to clean/wash the pillow?

Hi Janice, thanks for asking! The outer cover of the pillow has a zipper and can be completely removed for machine washing & drying just like a regular cover. The inner cover holds the memory foam fillings ( Fillings can't be washed) and can be tossed into the dryer on low heat for 5~10 min to fluff up the pillow and keep it fresh.
