I’ve been using this product for about a year and a half. Zero taste which is great and dissolves easily in my coffee. I can tell my knee is less sore, so must be doing something. As far as skin goes, not sure if it’s doing anything since I take good care of my skin. A quality product for sure!

This is a great product. No flavor difference added to my coffee. My hair and nails have improved. My joints and body feel better and I have more energy. I just received my next canister. Great value for the money and works better then anything I've tried!

I’ve been taking this collagen for more than a year and it has helped me tremendously. My skin is softer, there is no after taste and blends well with my morning juice. The ingredients are ok.

I've been using this product for a couple of years now. The price is decent, I put a scoop in my morning coffee and it dissolves nicely (not so much if you mix it with something cold), and it's tasteless so you don't even know it's in there. HOWEVER, I'm giving it 4 stars ONLY because I don't feel any different since I've been using it, so I'm not sure what it's supposed to do or how it's supposed to help; therefore, I don't know if it's doing what it's supposed to do....LOL!! But I will continue using it and just hope that it's doing what it's supposed to do.

Flavor is not my favorite by itself. Smells not great either. That being said, if you mix it with juice it is not bad at all and almost undetectable. I mostly notice because it silkens the texture of the water. I feel great when I take this. I did notice my skin was much more moisturized and hydrated. Hardly needed chapstick. I've had acne all my life and have some indentations in my skin as well. I woke up one day and noticed this product significantly reduced some of those marks. I did not anticipate it but it was a great surprise.

Has no taste so can add to any thin. I had been very deconditioned with major muscle loss/wasting. I was finally diagnosed with Addisons Disease which has symptoms of hair loss ( major loss) toenails/ finger nails cracked, split and skin very rough like sandpaper even with lots of of lotion/ creams. I had sunken in cheeks- face looked skeletal with droopy skin but 4-6 weeks noticed cheeks plumped up, face filled in( Addisons Disease reqires steriods for life to live- steriods ( low dosage) most likely contributed plumper face)I personally use one scoop in water bottle after I drink the bottle down a bit then use small funnel. It took 4-6 weeks to notice a difference- used every day- pain in my joints and muscles has greatly improved and this was noticed in about 7-10 days. Make sure to check with health care provider if have other conditions like chronic kidney disease). I drink 1 protein drink and with the collagen and protien shake and light weights my muscles are reappearing and have toned up- this took about a year but the collagen really help me!

I buy this regularly. Very satisfied with the amount of beneficial things in it: hydrolyzed collagen, glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin, and a probiotic (bacillus coagulans). I would supplement a little extra glucosamine and chondroitin if you have joint issues, because the doses are a little low. Add 500-1000mg of vitamin C for maximum absorption ;) It’s a little hard to measure how well it works because I do other things to help my joints, mostly my lower back has some problems, but I have noticed less pain when I take this. Overall it mixes well, and I don’t mind the taste.

While I can't tell if any of these collagen peptide powders actually "do" anything, I still want to take them for a variety of reasons. I don't see any difference in my energy level or whether its doing anything for my overall health or skin so no way to tell if it's doing what it's supposed to. But that's not just with THIS product. I haven't seen it with others either. The problem that I do see though is that it doesn't mix well with cool or cold liquids AND there is a slight taste to it which I don't find when mixing it with fairly strong coffee. It clumps and floats to the top with cool/cold liquids which isn't very pleasant looking. With hot liquids it mixes well however. Overall I give it a 3 mostly for the way it mixes in cool liquid as well as the slight taste. Price is less than some others which is why I tried this one, but I don't think I'll be reordering this brand.
