Brilliant. After trying many other foam rollers and returning them, I am glad to have found this little gem. Works perfectly for rolling out rhomboids, right and left from your spine. And it is NOT overpriced like so many other products!

This thing is amazing! I’m best $15 I’ve spent. Was able to unlock tension around my spine that I was unable to get to with other foam rollers, massage balls or smaller peanut that I own. This one is a gem and a great addition to my collection.

I need my roller everyday and bought this for traveling because of the size. I have the regular sized Rollga and one the the best rollers for your money and I have many rollers. Item works well and not too small. I am a satisfied customer.

though it might say it is made of foam, I still never expected it to be so soft, pretty useless in my opinion, unless you want something flimsy and slightly over sized for the purpose

Such a great little roller. Amazing portable muscle relief and pain relief. Especially good for those smaller target areas like your neck, hips glutes and shoulders where can be hard to use a full-size roller. Perfect size for a gym bag or a suitcase.

Start at base of spine and work up. Releases fascial constriction. I like it!
