I brought this tea after a chest infection. It takes a lot to get used to the taste but I did feel my chest clear up and started to breath a lot more easily

I was a little sceptical about a tea bag that can assist in making you breathe easier but they do actually work I have been drinking one every morning and one every evening and my breathing has improved 10 fold, taste wise they are a bit odd but I add a small amount of honey to sweeten it and a small squeeze of fresh lemon . But in short well worth the money

Lovely mullein tea with the sweet zest of elderberry and a hint of ginseng for an uplifting kick. It's a comforting aroma and I've noticed I've been able to take deeper breathes.After several cups, the soothing effects on the throat were noticeable. It's like a wellness boost in every sip.

I have one of these each morning and found that it really helps, especially during the winter. I live in a polluted city so drinking these herbs helps a lot. This is better than Mullein tea on its own as it contains all the other herbs.

Having a chest infection, I was happy to pay a little extra for immune system support. Couldn't really comment if they helped or not. I enjoyed them although the taste is sort of Marmite (nothing like Marmite I might add as I hate that stuff. I can only describe the taste as 'herby' which some may or may not like)The main reason for the mark down in stars is the cost. I could not justify using them again a £1 per teabag, let alone on a regular basis.

Looking at the ingredients in this it certainly is an interesting mixture with various things that are believed to help with breathing in some way or another. As some people may expect from the combination the taste is a little strange though not a bad one, its something that you probably wouldn't mind using as a morning cupper every so often. As for its effective I am not entirely sure though I suppose mucus has not been so bad so it probably is having an effect especially not long after drinking it.That said a tea bag that costs £1 per bag is incredibly high and can only be really be recommended to those that not only have the budget but already believe that these are effective, I certainly have no issue drinking what I have but I personally don't feel the need to get any more.
