No idea ... I have never used entire n New York

Q: My edges don’t dry all the way when I use a silk or cotton scarf..Any other suggestions?

U need an edge wrap. It’s a scarf for your edges only. Try doing edges and then applying the edge wrap. Sometimes I even add moose and blow dry to make sure that they are good and dry and also in place.
