These are great. I got it mostly for grating cheese but I'll probably use the slicer too. I don't know how long it will last because it flexes quite a bit while in use but it's not expensive, so... Update: 8.24.2025 been meaning to write this for a while. I can still use it but I dont know for how much longer. You can see in the pictures that the one side is caving in. Its been like that for a while though. We dont have a dishwasher so just handwashing. I dont know if thats helped it with water temperature just as hot as i can stand. It did pretty good for the quality. And as I suspected it was basically a cheese grater. I think I used the slicer once, which worked great and I used the small grater for a tester but just held that in my hand.

Would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. This product is much larger than what I imagined. But does a great job and grading cheese. Save me from pulling out the KitchenAid attachments.

I paid for a new grater, but when received the box was ripped out (stuck to by tape) and grater appeared used.

I really love this slicer. Very sharp, very quick very easy. The only bad thing is the top mandolin piece does not click into the bottom part that catches the food so I have to hold it down with my thumb. It is easy to clean though and works well.
