Poor
Machine broke down after just a few months, and customer service isn’t even answering calls. The service is terrible and the product quality is poor.

1. I received the order in good condition. 2. I also received one fan, one temperature controller and two motors extra from the seller. 3. I had kept 31 turkey eggs in the incubator on 17th April. 4. Tonight i.e. 29th April 2024 when I candled the eggs out of 31 eggs 27 eggs are developing and 4 eggs was bad or infertile hence I removed the bad eggs from the incubator. 5. I'll update you all regarding the result. 6. And the point is that the incubator is working perfectly: temperature controller, automatic egg Turner, moisture metre all are working perfectly. 7. What more we expect from an incubator 👍 Update: 17-05-2024:- successfully completed first batch of hatching turkey eggs. I have uploaded videos in this regard. 2nd batch of Turkey eggs will hatched on 21st May 2024. I am also hatching eggs of jungle fowl ( wild chicken) in the incubator 👍

We have been using this for a long time. We have hatched quite alot of chick. I recommend you to buy this.

Bad experience
I bought this and followed all the instructions. But all the 50 eggs didn't hatched. I am sure that I followed the instructions as they mentioned.
