This is the perfect addition to my home gym!! The size is perfect, it’s heavy but not too heavy to move around. I feel very safe using it and not like it will collapse underneath me! I’m super excited to keep using this for my workouts. I was worried because this was one of the cheaper ones I saw, but the quality is phenomenal for the price.

use for “step up and balance” and for seated barbell “shoulder press”, etc.. Very nice that the back support is adjustable and employed by the center top latch in front of the seat end. Must be careful to keep a hand on the back rest when using the other hand to engage the latch - lest backrest rise to swat you. An excellent product.

I ordered this so that I could use it for a flat bench, incline bench, and for step ups. I can use it for the flat bench function and to do step-ups, but the incline will not open up. Very disappointed- I would have returned it but I recycled the bench before realizing that it’s stuck in the flat position

Love the design. Had to read instructions about back lifting have to hold. Almost didn't order because can't see metal pole that raises back. Can see plastic h bracket in similar products but this seems more sturdy.

Sturdy step up with two levels of height. The functional aspect of the lift up back piece was not functional at all. I don’t want to take the time and have the hassle of returning the item, so it would be appreciated to have a cost reduction on the item or just a replacement that actually serves the purpose intended to have adjustable incline. The size and construction of the plastic were solid and sufficient to support a 200 lb person with ease.

I love the sturdiness of this product. HOWEVER, The backrest does NOT function properly. Unfortunately, I waited until after the return window closed to even open the package. What can I say ... life got reallllllly busy. Regardless, now I have a $130 bench that SHOULD have a backrest, but doesn't. I'm not looking for money back or even a return ... just need the company to reach out for some repair advice!!!!Come on Modern-Depo ... do the right thing.Pictures to follow .....:
