Update: The did send a charger afterwards.The phone is fine, but don't advertise that it includes a wall charger.

Update: the phone would charge to 85% only. I left it chaeging overnight and the result is the same.Update: it charges only to 80 percentage after such a short time. And the phone slows down. It was probably refurbished to last briefly which makes it too late for me to return it.

I had to replace this phone as it is a south american model and while it works as a phone world wide and is a great phone overall, it does not have many features including wifi calling. Be aware that many phones on amazon you will find for lower prices are cheaper for a reason - they are reduced capability reduced performance phones designed for other countries to sell there at lower prices. These are cheaper for a reason and will not perform like their US versions - they have older slower processors and do not do many US specific features.It's a valid choice if you make it with eyes open, but many of the sites do not mention this important fact and are ripping you off. This is true of many phones I checked on Amazon including the S-24, S-24 plus, S-24 Ultra, A-35 - all of them listed on Amazon are not US phones and in the case of the A54 and A55, not sold anymore by Samsung. When you get a new phone, they will not be accepted for trade in either.

The phone is OK.But it refuses to enter the word i swype. It comes up with idiotic nonsense rather than the normal word. It does it more than any keyboard I've used ever.It also feels like it leaks radiation or something as my leg feels funny from pocketing it so I never have it on me now.........Not what you buy a phone for

Por cuestiones ajenas a mí, no pude probarlo con el suficiente tiempo para poder devolvelo antes del mes.Muy mal el sensor de aproximación... por ejemplo para audios o llamadas (no bloquea la pantalla o en los audios no baja el volumen para cuándo te lo acercas para escucharlo.Y mis manos libres marca PLANTRONICS, jamás los pude conectar por medio del Bluetooth.Mucho que desear...

Smartphone eccellente, sia come costruzione che per quanto offre come funzionalità. Bello il colore.Ormai non vale più la pena di comprare telefoni da più di mille euro, visto che questi di fascia media sono performanti e duraturi. Buona anche la fotocamera. Software Samsung completissimo, hardware molto buono, compatibile coi pagamenti wireless. Non manca nulla. Soddisfatto.

Rapport qualité prix excellent. Après presque un an, je suis toujours très content de ses performances, l'écran est vraiment très bon. L'autonomie de la batterie n'est pas géniale, mais avec le chargeur 45 W, acheté à part, en 1h30, il est plein. et cela c'est génial. Je le charge pendant mon petit déj, et il tient largement jusqu'au lendemain même avec quelques heures de partage de connexion. Mais je téléphone peu, voir très peu. Bien lisible dehors. Les photos sont correctes mais pas magiques. Tout est question de prix de priorité. Ravi.

Schönes Handy, bin bis jetzt zufrieden damit. Es gibt nichts zu meckern an diesem Handy.

Expensive but well worth the money took little while to find my way around upgrade os as its been improved quite a bit got some improved notifications now, to see at a glance!
