These chocolates are pretty good tasting. It was bought for my child to help her with tooth decay and she enjoyed them and it works!

Recommend this to patients all day long! Truly helps prevent tooth decay. Changes the pH of saliva to neutral to reduce dental issues. Totally worth the money! Both flavors are delicious!!

I have only been using for one day- I had one last night after brushing & flossing, and then one after breakfast today (I brush as soon as I wake up, hours before breakfast). I felt like there was a noticeable difference in my mouth chemistry last night and I woke up with fresh breath. Brushing this morning felt weird because there was no noticeable change in the before & after feel of my mouth- I know this sounds crazy but then I ate breakfast later, had one of these after and it feels like I've brushed again. To not have morning breath these are totally worth it but I'm also enjoying the clean feeling. Another review likened these to tootsie rolls and I can't compare, never having had one before, but the chocolate taste isn't super strong and doesn't linger after. I use a minty toothpaste and there was no gross feeling or taste having one after brushing. I prefer sucking on these to chewing and they last 2 minutes or so. Looking forward to seeing if I see a difference in my teeth as I continue to use these.

As others mentioned, it does taste like a tootsie roll. Not too sweet and has good flavour! Im glad I can eat something sweet between meals without feeling fear or tooth decay. I got these a week ago due to dry mouth and generally being prone to tooth decay. Morning breath/bad taste and that weird dry/sticky feeling is a lot less for sure.I cant tell you if it helped me prevent decay yet, but mentally it does knowing im putting something helpful in my mouth. Im sure its helping either way, as I dont think these do any harm. Ingredients seem to be harmless. My house is particularly cold and dry and night too. So I use an additional dry mouth tab from another brand to help out. But on its own is fine too! Going to buy the caramel flavor.Do be cautious. I know arginine can cause herpes/cold sores to flare up. I am prone to that but it doesnt seem like it causes it yet. I will update in potentially a month and next dental visit!1 year update! I eat them often - cant say they are the sole reason my dentist is happy but they definitely DONT cause cavities lol.

by picture cannot tell if chocolate or carmel , but I bought both either here or I bought the other one from their company website . O liked the carmel until I tasted the chocolate . know I stick with the dark chocolate . I need to order more of it.

I sometimes need another one if I wake up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth. Some medications simply stop all normal saliva and mucus flow in the mouth over night, and this is helpful. A dry mouth causese tooth decay. My dentist recommended this. I like the chocolate flavor best.

I marked it down because after a short while in the mouth it started to stick to my teeth and even my gums. It eventually melted away on the back of a tooth but I found myself wishing I could just suck on it or bite into it like a piece of Hersey's chocolate.

I thought I would try these out my dentist recommend them to me, because I have poor enamel and always have to have work done. I am happy to say after 6 months I went to the dentist and she could see the difference. No extra dental work needed after this cleaning!!! Yeah.
