I honestly thought this was going to be a gimmick and just bought it thinking I would be returning it, but it really works! You can take it completely apart to clean it. Even the little silicone insert unrolls for easy cleaning! My dog keeps having an allergic reaction to something outside, so I have to wash the allergens off her paws and this makes it super easy and convenient. I just add in a dab of medicated shampoo, fill it up 2/3 of the way with water, and stick her paws in it a few times and they're clean. It comes with absorbent microfiber towels, but I find it's easiest to just have her stand on a washable rug so I don't have to do anything and the rug just absorbs all the excess water. My dog is a 55lb Heeler mix and the medium is the perfect size for her.

Best value ever!! The paw wash works wonderfully for my furry little guy. We also got three micro fiber towels, doggy paw balm, a rubber brush, and an attachment for hanging. I was so surprised as I thought we’d only be getting the paw wash. What a great value! I used the paw wash right away and it works great, the bristles really help get the soap all in his fur to get him nice and clean. Thank you for the awesome product!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a replacement for my existing mud buster, since it's way overdue since I had that for so many years! I finally decided to get a new one for my furbaby!I ordered the MEDIUM - i have a pointer/coonhound Mix 80lbs, instead of getting Large, I decided to get the medium and it works fine! That's the same size from Mt previous mudbuster from a different retailer and it lasted me for years!This works fine, extra bonus is there's a string that you can attach to the tumbler + three cloths! However, the fabric cloths are to small, I like to use a bigger towel for him - I highly suggest for you guys to just go to Walmart or Dollar store and grab some cheap kitchen towels or some wash face towels that you are not going to use, just use that instead because that's what I did before regardless I will still use the free wash cloths that came with it! I'm not liking the feel of the cloth but once it got wet it's fine lol (not a big deal tbh) The rubber part is still a little stiff of course but it should be worn out in due time, so all in all I'm happy with this purchase but a little bummed because I got this on sale but the price went down more when I got it! Lol 😆 Oh well ...So far so good, this works as advertise and it came fast if you are prime! Buy this, since this is a lifesaver esp for muddy paws! My fur baby loves to scratch after each potty breaks! (Bad habits of him lol) so this saves me a lot cleaning his paws!!!

I love this item. My husband says…”why not just use a hose?” I think this is way better than a hose. When my large size GSD comes home from his walkies, I tell him to “sit, and show me a paw” He does and I gently insert his paw and twist. Just a few twists is all you need. Then remove the paw and dry. After all 4 paws are clean and dry, then we apply his balm. So now, instead of cronicly having super dry and cracked paw pads, he has beautiful black, soft toe beans! lol. It’s also great for desensitizing your dog, to have nails clipped or fur shaved in between paws, if you need that. This is a little less scary than the nail clipper or dremill. Another plus is that you can see all the dirt you remove go right down the drain. Then just prince the cup and hang to dry.Love it. Highly recommend. It feels wwll made and durable also. I don’t think it’s going to break any time soon. Fits my dogs large paws easily. It’s fast and easy! Also, not expensive. Love it

Product works as intended but I found it harder to use than just wiping the dogs feet. Tip the cup to get feet in and Physics sends the water spilling. Dang physics...
